KEY CHALLENGES

RE/MAX Quebec wanted to replace its existing mail system to best fit the following needs :
• Unified mail, address books and calendars administration : With more than 3,500 users throughout Quebec, the domains management was a big challenge. Previously, numerous email solutions were used by agents. RE/MAX wanted to offer its agents a unique collaboration suite for the management of their emails.
• POP to IMAP : Users fetched their emails using POP. Whenever emails were lost, they were impossible to retrieve.
• High performance and security standards.
• Ensure the security and durability of email data : Given the high number of users, RE/MAX needed flexible backup and restoration methods.
• Transparent migration for the users : Given the number of users and the heterogeneity of email accounts, the transition towards Zimbra was a key challenge. The transition could not affect the work of the employees
